Happy Diwali

It's a festival time ...

I wish to all my friends a Happy Prosperous and colorful Deepawali ..
Have a great time!!

A Few lines coming out from my heart…

“Jindgi ke har pal ko Diwali bana kar Jiyo,

Sada doosre ki khusiyo ko, apni khushiya bana kar jiyo,

khushiyo se hi jeevan hain, pyar hain, ise maan bana kar jiyo,

Bhagwan ko karo arpan, uske aadar ko samman bana kar jiyo,

Diwali to sirf ek bahana hain, jis se duniya ko yeh yaad dilaana hain,

Naa bhule hum sab yeh khushiya, yeh pyar, yeh aasha deep jala kar jiyo,

Yahi duan hain shalabh ki is shubh parv par, har pal diwali banate raho”

Once again Happy Diwali…J

And Say “Little” NO to Crackers J

Happy and Safe Diwali…J

How good is Indian Education System?

Is Indian Education-System good?I doubt.Let me give my opinions about it.
Many a children goes to school and at the end if he/she passes the only criterion of the exam,he entered to the next class. This process continues,in general, for every person till one find oneself satisfied. We all followed the same and next generations will do the same.So a basic question comes into the mind of the reader,"What is wrong in Education System?".

Is there any need to go through this process? Many of you at this point might disagree with me.On an average it took 17-18 years for a person to decide his future.I have friends who studied science till 12th class and then switched to commerce.Obviously i am not considering those who have family business and their interest lies inline with it.What all need is analytical mind, which our education provides through burden of books. If a person finds himself interested then there is no way to stop his quench for knowledge. There should not be a compulsion for a person to read the subject, only basics are enough for him.For example,I studied Social Science,Civics,History till my 10th class.I do not find any intelligence to have these subjects till
10th class.Though if these subjects are not an obligation to go the next class and mugging up these subjects,i definitely found them interested.

I feel happy at least,in one good decision of Education Board to make Board exams voluntarily.I appreciate. These kind of efforts from Board are definitely reduce the unnecessary stress from a
student.A coin is never biased, hence it also has its disadvantages. But i find these disadvantages very less as compared to advantages. Moreover if a student does not want to perform,I find it risible to make him perform by putting him in obligation and in stress.

I can calibrate a few subjects on the scale of building analytical skills.Subjects like Mathematics(Vedic/Modern),Language(forRational thinking),Science must be taught.A basic test just to test how well a student build up its skills is enough. At the age of 15-16,student must opt for his/her instead it delaying it for another 4-5 years.

There are many things which need to incorporated in our education system. How many of us using Chemistry,Physics in our profession? How better it would be if one decides its interest first and then work on it rather in opposite sense?

This is a debatle issue. So,I opened it in Open Space for you readers to discuss and debate.
